• Records show that of the 310 women convicts in tihar jail last year, not a single women was a 'repeater'.

• In comparison, there were 1537 male repeater convicts (22.43%) in 2018.

• In 2017 too, while there was no repeater women convict, 1978 male convicts returned to prison after getting caught for different crimes across the city.

• The number of women prisoners undergoing trial who are repeat offenders is also less compared to men.

As we consider the needs of all obligations returning citizens are facing as they re-enter society from incarceration, we have made it a priority to study the most strategic methods in order to end poverty conditions, on top of other challenging conditions that can trigger the mind to let go of hope and drive. Unfortunately, this ends up resulting in unnecessary recidivism. For these reasons the EFERM strategically addresses the present and the future social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, environmental, and physical needs of citizens coming home to a life after incarceration. Prisoners and their families are not the only individuals affected by incarcerated individuals’ confinement and release; communities are also affected by this. Therefore, as a community company we will never turn a blind eye to you, your family, nor the needs of the community. The EFERM is a community that supports you and we want your support.

THE E.F.E.R.M. IS A MUSEUM OF AVOIDANCE PROJECT WITH CURES FOR RECIDIVISM

Its concept includes the EFERM Skill Development Training Centers. The museum concept was birthed out of the Certified Development Coaching Group (CDCG), LLC, by an ex-felon who served more than a decade of his life in prison prior to entering this line of work. Faced with many of the same circumstances that many of you face today, encouraged the dedicated focus of Amar Skinner to help you before and after you are released.

Why you want to be a Member before you are released from prison:
UPON JOINING AS, A MEMBER
You will be contacted by an EFERM Intake Supervisors to assist at starting the preparation process for developing a structured Profile Plan of Release (PPR). The PPR will help strengthen certain goals you may or may not have already set-in motion following your release. Intake supervisors study your PPR in a group setting with one or more NPCC coaches at the CDCG, LLC. Following that meeting, one or more Empirical Evidence Coaches (EEC) in partnership with the EFERM and the CDCG, LLC, will be assigned on your behalf so that the strongest plan of action is created, which further guarantees your success upon release.

EASE OF ACCESS FOR CURRENTLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS UPON RELEASE

The E.F.E.R.M. will contact you before you are released and again within 30 days of your suspected release date if you have been a member for more than 6 months prior to 30 days of your release day.
